Dressing for the warmer weather can be tricky for many reasons but Best of British has usefully solved our summer sartorial dilemmas with this breezy button-up gingham dress. It looks good worn alone or with a little jacket slung on top, but if the weather lets you down, you can also layer it over an off-shoulder top or a crisp white shirt depending on where you’re going. With the potential to look equally as fabulous with strappy flats and a Panama hat strutting down La Croisette as it would dressed up with court shoes and a little jacket for the office, we are putting this all-rounder firmly on our summer wardrobe wish list.
